Today, 2009年09月09日, or numerically 0⑨-0⑨-0⑨ declared as Cirno day.

Cirno is a cute strongest fairy in Gensokyo that have power to manipulate cold.

I’m really hoping she’d come to this side and distinguish the global warming, even though maybe she’ll melted before she accomplished it :D

The drawing itself take 15 minutes total, well, I still learn to drawing so… it became like that :p
